We will of course enable you to return this item, and we are happy to refund you for any money you spend posting it back to us. ビザチェックはチェックインカウンターで受けるものですから(印刷した搭乗券にスタンプを押してもらうだけですが)、預け荷物があろうとなかろうとカウンタークローズまで(Bag drop40分前締切)に行くと考えるのが普通ではないでしょうか。
